Bespoke Orders

If you wish to place an order for bespoke or personalised candles then you should email Payment needs to be made in full by the date on the invoice. Expected delivery date will be advised and added to the invoice notes. Design ideas and changes can not be made once the invoice is issued. This is due to me saving painting capacity based on the design chosen, ensuring enough time to paint the items, and not impacting other customer's orders.
Your right of cancellation in respect of such orders ceases upon my acceptance of your order and payment. I can not provide a design for pre-approval unless you are placing over 20 units on a bespoke candle.
